So I’ve been scratching the back of my hand lately because of stress/anxiety and I went to my psychologist and apparently it’s a form of self harm. So that’s not good. At all.
I planned on going to the gym today after my tutorial at Uni but I left my exercise top at home and grabbed two pairs of tights instead. I went searching for another top at target across the road but they were more than I wanted to pay so I gave up and bought myself some delicious sushi and I’ll go later today. Ugh so annoying.
